Which is better to take an android phone from Desire HD, Incredible S or Nexus S?

Help, please, choose which phone is better to take. Desire has a larger screen, incredible has a front camera, and nexus has Google support. Or maybe 4 or more inches is a lot and not convenient, so maybe choose Desire or Desire S? I'm confused.
The ideal would be Desire HD but from Google, with two cameras and a physical keyboard :) But there are no such ones yet.
PS The phone will not be used for application development, so I probably don't need the latest updates, but is there any sense in the front camera?

I do not see the need for a front camera anywhere except Skype.
4.3 - IMHO, a bit too much for a phone, it's not very convenient in your pocket.
If you need a keyboard - take Desire S. If a physical keyboard is not important - then Desire.
HTC Sense is very good.

Definitely incredible, I use the hero and design, I hope the incredible will be faster and the screen really needs more.

Desire HD is good for absolutely everything, except for the battery.

I tried 5 phones… as a result, funny as it may seem, I settled on the i5500 gnat. The reason is very banal - the only android phone that normally fits into the "lighter" pocket of jeans)
