Which is better to choose from Zend Framwork 3 for MVC Portal or Expressive?

I apologize in advance for stupid questions (for sure, many will send the dock to read - I read it) ... It would also be good to refrain from trolling ...
The task is to implement a portal (with modules for a blog, a store, and most likely some other within 1 project) on Zend Framwork 3 and here is the question... What is the best for such a project? MVC Skeleton Application or Zend Framework Expressive Skeleton Application ?
You don’t need to explain much about MVC, everything is generally clear here, but how to correctly understand the whole broad meaning of the Expressive Skeleton Application ? Is it possible to organize a REST architecture there? Is it possible to use entities from other namespaces in it (for example, insidesrc\App\src\Action\* to use the model from src\Blog\src\Action\* )?
I repeat: of course, I study the documentation, but I want to get prompt answers from people who have already tried the Expressive Skeleton Application and can inform about its use.

You forgot to indicate your level of Zend Framework knowledge.
If you are a beginner - to implement a portal (with blog modules, a store, and most likely some other Wishlist - on subdomains, but within 1 project) on Zend Framwork 3 - sorry - this will be an overwhelming task for you.
If you have an average knowledge of Zend Framework - write in Zend Framework 3.
If you consider yourself an ace - you can write in Zend Framework Expressive.
The fact is that there are few third-party modules for Expressive. You will have to write everything yourself.
