Linksys spa8000 has good reviews, prices for used devices start
at an average of 3 thousand rubles. (new 16-18 thousand), but, as I understand it, this model
is no longer produced and support will end in 2024.

The new Grandstream HT818 has not the highest price and good reviews.

Linxis did not have to poke. Of the grandstreams, there are a dozen HT701s in use. For 7 years, 1 died, and he died literally in 2 months. I can't vouch for newer models, but here is a list of claims:
1) In very rare cases, it happens that when they reboot, they can reset to the default IP address, reboot again and everything becomes normal. At the same time, IP is issued via dhcp or registered statically.
2) A line of 30 meters is pulled, if more, then there may be problems.
3) Defective setting and parameters.
4) There are settings for frequencies and durations, but the oscilloscope always showed a monstrous run-up. If it's just TA then it's okay.
5) Because of p4. to adequately configure such a gateway as a SL with another PBX, that is still a problem.
Absolutely all of the above applies to FXO gateways of the grandstream.
