Which is better - ports, Cygwin, Ubuntu on Windows or dual boot?

It took one laptop to have both Windows 10 and the ability to use Git, Vim and Apache HTTP Server for PHP7. The latter are for writing and debugging a simple site, but actively using ThreeJs (that is, the option with Linux on a virtual machine disappears due to low performance). What is the best way to organize this: use assemblies for Windows (MsysGit, gVim (but here you need to rewrite the configuration file), OpenServer), one semi-emulator (Cygwin / Ubuntu on Windows) or not torment Windows and put Linux in a dual boot?
