Skrill is more profitable, with the withdrawal of dollars to a dollar account in Russia.

You can link a Kiwi card to PayPal and withdraw to it immediately in rubles,

A couple of considerations:

  • From a PayPal account, you can withdraw to a bank account only in local currency (rubles).
  • I would not withdraw money to my bank account on a regular basis to avoid tax issues. Banks are required to notify the tax authorities of all apparent customer transactions. You may come across a bank employee-reinsurer. Especially since with Payoneer there is always the option to withdraw cash or pay in store.

Let's start with the fact that if we are talking about a Russian account, then firstly ) the payoneer card can no longer be tied to it; secondly ) it simply will not work to withdraw anything to it, because. this is a mastercard, and a stick (as well as other PSs) is only withdrawn for a visa.
If we are talking about withdrawing via ACH to a payoneer account, then this no longer works for Russian PP accounts.
So there are actually only 2 options (and both are only in rubles at a bad exchange rate) - withdrawal to your account, withdrawal to the visa card of a Russian bank.
