What is the difference between Jmeter and Yandex.Tank? What are the pros and cons of both?

You cannot compare JMeter with Yandex Tank.
Yandex.Tank is a test management system, and it can work with the same JMeter.
You can also connect other load generators to it:
-Phantom
-BGF
-Pandora
- and all the same JMeter
it all depends on the task ahead of you
