How to solve a problem in Jmeter with the launch of test recorder?

When I try to run a test recorder in Jmeter, I get:
Root CA Certificate: ApacheJMeterTemporaryRootCA created in JMeter bin directory (etc. etc.)
windows, java 8, jmeter 2.11

Root CA Certificate: ApacheJMeterTemporaryRootCA created in JMeter bin directory (etc. etc.)

So it's not a problem. JMeter says it has created a self-signed certificate whose file is in its bin folder.
If the browser then refuses to open the application via HTTP(S) Test Script Recorder , you will need to install this certificate in the browser.
