Which is better: i3 1.9Ghz or i5 1.6Ghz?

Actually decided to buy a laptop. Decided on the model - lenovo flex. But they have a huge number of modifications. As a result, we managed to single out two leaders:
1) Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 2 14 (Core i3 4030U 1900 Mhz/14"/1366x768/4Gb/508Gb/BD-RE/NVIDIA GeForce 820M/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/Win 8 64)
2) Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 15 (Core i5 4200U 1600 Mhz/15.6"/1366x768/4.0Gb/508Gb HDD+SSD Cache/DVD no/NVIDIA GeForce GT 720M/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/Win 8 64)
first found with i5, but later I came across a version with i3 for about the same money, but Ghz is larger + the video card will be better (except for the + 1Gb series). Now I think what is more important.
PS I choose a laptop as a universal assistant that will help in surfing, working with remote access, showing presentations, but also on which it will be possible to play games (albeit not at maximum speed), work in adobe PS and even AE.

Regarding your question - i5 will be more powerful, even despite the difference of 0.3 ghz.
From myself - I would choose the version with i3, because - more compact, more powerful video, blu-ray drive. And the difference in processor performance is not very significant - you are unlikely to notice it.
