Which is better for svg animations, snap.svg or velocity.js,?

Which library is better? Maybe someone worked with two, what disadvantages / advantages did you notice?

Velocity is essentially a lightweight add-on for jQuery. In terms of features / performance, it more than loses to Snap / GSAP. It is best to use GSAP, because this lib is suitable for animating everything in general, not just svg.
