A processor with integrated graphics, or the same one with a neutered video core + 2 Gb video card? If you can justify. (the price of both options is approximately the same, so we do not take this parameter into account)

Both options are very bad "for games". Voice the budget, what kind of hardware you already have and for what games you need, then it will be possible to advise specific pieces of iron.
But if there are only these two options, then with a separate video card it is better, due to the dedicated video memory.
