Which ip68 android smartphone to choose?

Hello. Please tell me if there are ip68 (if not, then ip67 is possible) android smartphones with the following characteristics:
Android 4+
IPS screen, from 3.8 to 5 inches.
Front and rear camera (rear preferably 8MP, but this is not critical).
Bluetooth 4 would be a nice bonus.
I looked at various online stores, but there are mostly smartphones with terrible screens, and it’s hard to find reviews.
