Which IDE has FTP with folder listing capability?

Now, when working with projects on my PC, I use VS Code and Sublime Text, to work with sites that are already hosted, I use phpDesiner for one single reason - it shows the folder hierarchy on the server via ftp (You can see it on the screen on the right).
Sublime has a plugin that can synchronize via ftp and show data only from the current directory, which is not at all convenient for me, I need to see the entire folder tree.
Tell me a plugin for VS Code or Sublime Text that can do this, or an IDE similar to VS Code or Sublime Text (only not terrible brackets and atom).
