Which html preprocessor to choose?
I'll try JAde, but it's very slow. I use it to compile prepros
to set up nodes or a grant there is no time,
maybe there are better solutions ???

Whatever the build does not slow down, you need to use Gulp
And excuses like "no time" are not accepted, you spend it much more if you do not master the most effective tools.

It is not Jade that slows you down, but, most likely, prepros.
Use Gulp for example. I type all the time in jade + less, nothing slows down, everything is instantly displayed in the browser.
