I think that the price will be no more than 10 thousand rubles (well, maybe a little more), why do I want to buy a home server, because it makes no sense to lay out 2-3 thousand rubles every month.

needed The server is needed to use the photo archive site , and possibly for the game server.

take i3-i5, memory from 8GB (if the game server), 4 HDD (under the system and services + 2 under the photo archive). The motherboard should be able to do RAID-1. Plus a RAID controller (if the motherboard cannot create two raids) for a mirror from the second disks for data. With a router, the connection is only over the network, without any Wi-Fi.
