Which Hetzner region is best for Russian users?

Hello! Tell me, in which region is it better to take a cloud VPS in hetzner.
Users from Russia.

I took the Nuremberg region. The speed of getting the page measured by Yandex.bot is 95-100ms.
There are 2 more regions, one in Germany, the other in Finland.

When traffic to the Finnish data center goes through St. Petersburg, the delays are slightly lower than with German data centers.
But from time to time, traffic starts to go through Europe and the delays become higher. Depends on the provider and the weather on Mars.
The difference is not fundamental, but if we take vps, I would choose Germany (prices are the same in all data centers). Here are dedicated servers in Finland a little cheaper, whether it's worth it - I'm not sure.
