Which HelpDesc ​​(ServiceDesc) for a freelancer to choose?

OTRS, which was recommended above, is a support tracker. and you need a developer tracker - redmine, bugzilla, mantis. These are all OpenSource, but they require a tambourine of different sizes to install - redmine is written in Ruby, Bugzilla is written in Perl::Template. The interface is ugly for everyone, especially for bugzilla, redmine has a little better.
