Which grid to use for a responsive template?

Hello! Interested in the following question. I want to make an adaptive layout of the site, googled, googled, did not find a suitable grid. I want to start with the site header, it will look like this header:
tumblr_o8mgynjJ1w1v3e1kpo1_500.png
But I don't want it to shrink and look like something pixelated.
Can anyone give me some advice on what to do? I will make the layout in Photoshop, what sizes to combine, what indents, etc., maybe someone will find the necessary grid for comfortable work when creating a template.

Shta?? When you reduce the image in the browser - pixilation?
What kind of network do you need here? There isn't much of it here.
Divas are one below the other, and where there are three pictures in a row, they sit in one div with display: flex; and when the screen is reduced, you can do flex-direction: column in the media query; or generally put the parent flex-wrap: wrap;
What mesh do you need?
