Which graphics card to buy for Adobe products?

Config (very quiet)
Phenom 2 x4 3.6
msi 890gxm-g65 (Radeon 4290)
3x4gb 1333 cl7 1t
3xhdd
bp chieftec 400w 400a-aba (since 2008)
Drivers for my video card have not been updated for a very long time. Vidic on a quick color selection (pop-up circle) slows down. I want to learn 3D in Photoshop and eventually AfterEffects. It’s probably better to change the video, but I don’t want to spend a lot.
Actually, I’m faced with a choice: GeForce 8800gt 512MB ddr3 + accelero S2 (112/256/dx 10/ cuda 1.1/ 110W) for 200 UAH or GeForce gt 530 (renamed gt 440) 2GB ddr3 (96/128/ dx 11/ cuda 2.1/ 50-70W) for 400 UAH (cooling nightmare)?
PS There is also gtx 460 1gb for 800-900 UAH, but this is too much for my power supply and gts 450 1 gb for 600 UAH.
