Which GPOs are blocking configuration through the interface?

Hello guys! You need to configure the browser to work with the bank. The task does not require a lot of mind - there is an instruction. But the trouble is, the company is foreign and the local it does not have all the rights. And some of the settings are managed by GPO. It is possible to do this if you change the local policies, but I have no idea which side to take on the question. It would be enough for me to simply open the "another level" button on the security tab in Internet options and allow myself to apply the desired settings there.

Local policies cannot override GPO policies.
They are the lowest in LSDOU priority.

To take on the official one, contact the network administrators, having previously received approval from customers. If you work in the banking infrastructure, then it’s not unreasonable that something is limited somewhere, because they also have a piece of paper, and it’s definitely more legitimate than yours, otherwise you wouldn’t raise this issue at all :)
And in order not to have problems, it’s easier to go in an official way than stepping on a rake (For example, explaining to evil guys why you climbed where you should not be).
