Which GNU/Linux distribution to choose for digital forensics?

Which distribution would you recommend for studying digital footprints, malware, and so on. I would be grateful if you recommend more additional programs, books, training.

The question is incorrectly posed.
It's best to buy an inexpensive VPS in Europe with Linux Server, install a VPN, LAMP (+ set up a couple of sites with PHP or Node.JS), Samba, Asterisk, Postxix + Dovecot, OpenSSH, Bind9 (or, more usefully, AdGuard ), SpamAssassin, ClamAV, LetsEncrypt Certbot, master it all, and then ... then even this question will not arise. )))

Take any. All software can work even on ubuntu, even on fedora, even on archa with gentoo. But it's better to take something popular like Ubuntu / Mint, so that it's easier to find answers to questions.

A person who aims to be a forensic specialist should be able to look for answers to such questions himself. Because forensics is not a sum of knowledge, but a mindset, if you don’t have it, you will become a mediocre worker.
