Which game engine is better to use for a text quest on android?

Good day, friends!
Background: I recently downloaded the game Rest Beyond ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.... ), played it, liked it. I came up with the idea to create a similar game myself. From YaP I know Pascal, I know how to work with Delphi.
Faced a problem. On Delphi it is impossible(?) to create such a chat. And I also need additionally, so that the images are in the text. Tried Construct 2, but commercial use requires a license.
Interested in any adequate advice on how to proceed. Can you suggest some game engines for this kind of game?

I just recently compiled a list of tools for creating text games .
In most cases, modern tools produce html that can be easily wrapped in phonegap/cordova and placed in all stores.
