Which FTP client is suitable for synchronizing a large number of files?

There are 2500000 files in one folder.
About half have already been uploaded to FTP, another half are underloaded.
You need to download the rest.
Filezila in this situation works extremely slowly, uploads 100k files per day to 10 streams, and then completely stopped responding.
Now trying to synchronize WinSCP folders. but for about an hour it just hangs and loads the percent.
What is the best client to use in this situation? To quickly download the remaining files.
The files themselves are small. 10-60kb.
Weighs all together about 80gb

No need to upload 2,500,000 files.
Especially via ftp.
Pack them into some reasonable (10-20) amount of tar, fill it in, unpack it on the server.
Or use tools designed for synchronization: rsync or for example bittorrent sync
