It is best to go to the office for a year or two, otherwise there is a high chance of getting stuck at this stage for a long time.

Yes, your own nowhere, since you are a beginner and you have a lot of time, it is obvious that you need to sit on all exchanges

1 freelancer: Russian and gain experience on the freelance exchange, so that you don’t fall head over heels in English, but understand how it works and how to behave properly
2 upwork - everyone sits there. Intermediate English is required.
3 trampled - there are real rates and there are projects, you don’t need to shove your elbows with the Indians and Pakistanis, as in a prop.
the rest is game.

1. Freelancer.com is the most beginner friendly (I started there myself).
2. Upwork - it will be tougher there. For example, I got under their wheel of paranoid security mania - until I got out from under it))
3. Toptal - 3% out of 100% - Are you sure that you will fall into this 3 percent?
Everything else is garbage, as mentioned above. Russian stock exchanges - I hate working there and basically do not work on Russian stock exchanges.
