Which freelance exchange has the best working conditions and why?

Hello!
I decided to try myself as a freelancer, I started looking for a freelance exchange. I stumbled upon the well-known Russian freelance exchange and was simply horrified by their working conditions. Everything is paid, even showing a positive review is paid. I found another freelance exchange, things are a little better there.
So, a question for people who have experience on freelance exchanges:
Which freelance exchange has the best working conditions and why?
Thanks in advance to everyone who answers.

Everything is relative. One exchange is good for a copywriter, another for an artist, and a third for a programmer.
They would at least clarify the specializations or types of projects that are of interest.
Just lists of different exchanges can be found here

www.kadrof.ru/cat_exchange.shtml
In addition to advice from colleagues, you can independently determine the usefulness of a particular exchange. Go to the exchange and filter projects according to the required specialization, see how many of them appear per day/week/month. Where there is more work - see the conditions, the subscription price, the percentage of transactions, the level of competition (number of responses).
It will be equally difficult for a beginner to do anything if there is no portfolio that can be attracted. And with a sufficient number of orders, any paid services of any of the exchanges will pay off.

I will support about fl.ru. They set horse prices, while due to the wretchedness of the service, they were already overtaken by a slightly less miserable Kwork. After that, fl.ru changed its management last year, there were more innovations from which it became even worse for customers and freelancers.
Therefore, any exchanges other than fl.ru. You can try freelance.ru weblancer. Khabrovskaya (but this is already for skilloviks with an hourly rate).
But remember that the ceiling in Russian exchanges is 300-350 dollars a month when working the same as in the office in terms of time (if we talk about the frontend). Those. you can't stay there for long. I worked for a couple of months - gained experience and either upwork or to the office (more likely).

Most of the orders are, of course, on the top exchange like fl.ru or freelance.ru, but the competition there is very high, there are not so many orders on less promoted and newer exchanges, but there is no competition, it’s easier to upgrade your profile and climb up the rankings. I am currently working for canwork.ru, they have good conditions and no high prices. In general, enough work

I can suggest considering the German freelance exchange for IT specialists Freelancermap.com (interface and projects in English).
The exchange provides a free account for registering freelancers, which has sufficient functionality for work and does not charge a commission. There are also paid accounts with extended functionality for regular users.
Half of the projects on the exchange are projects for freelance work at a distance, half are permanent jobs in customer offices in Europe. To search for remote jobs on Freelancermap.com, you need to use the Advanced Search feature and the Remote filter. If you have any questions - write, I will be happy to answer.
