Where can I see an example of the work of such a site where, let's say 90% of the site's frontend is written in JQuery html + css. How about a few separate pages (the most complex ones, for example, in angular)?

There are many such examples if you search. There are even individual elements on the page written in Angular / React / Vue.js
Here is an example from Gitea, the module highlighted in red is written in Vue.js, while the rest of the parts are in jQuery.
You can also look at Gitlab, there was jQuery initially on the front, but they are gradually moving to Vue. The Web IDE, for example, is already built on it .
Regarding the question: "Which framework to choose?", it is worth proceeding from personal preferences and / or from the requirements for the project.
