Which framework to choose for term paper?

Good day! I have a task - to write a coursework. As a topic, I took writing a new site for my faculty in php. The difficulty lies in the fact that it is impossible to use engines, you can use maximum frameworks. Hence the question arose, which framework is best to choose, based on such parameters as: security, speed, simplicity and low entry threshold, as well as the availability of good documentation (preferably in Russian). Based on these parameters, tell me a framework with which you can write a small site with the ability to authorize, edit and add news and articles. Thank you in advance for your advice, especially if they are well-reasoned.

Laravel suits your requirements .
Simplicity, safety, speed, good documentation and many lessons.
But, of course, Symfony 2 is better, although everything is not so simple here.
But you can take Silex microframework

For term papers, familiar students in one say enough CMS.
However, if it’s still a framework, then you need the most oaky and easiest to learn, usually CodeIgniter.

I can say for sure that Yii2 gives you authorization out of the box, a la contacts and similar goodies. Those. part of the work is done.
and then see if you need knowledge of the framework in the future. I mean, if the choice is influenced by its demand in the market, popularity, etc. - then these are some results, and if simplicity affects the case of "memorized-passed-forgotten" - then a little different.
