Which framework to choose for a site similar to headhunter or habrahabr?

I'm wondering what framework top sites are based on. I want to choose a framework with good support, functionality and convenience. What is considered best practice in large web development studios? Or what might be the most convenient in my case?
In principle, the site can be made on any framework or in general by other means, but I want to make it competently, beautifully and in such a way that it would be pleasant to develop.
What framework does hh.ru use? Should I choose the same?
And on what a toaster or habrahabr? What can you advise from yourself on creating such heavy sites?

Should I choose the same?

Yes, it doesn’t matter, programming language, frameworks, these are just tools for implementing products. This is secondary bullshit. Yes, of course, there is a certain level of technical debt that any tool brings with it, but again, this is all secondary for the time being.
My advice to you is to leave this issue to your product development team.
ps Neither habrahabr nor toaster are "complicated" sites as such, they are multi-blogs and question/answer services. The question is in the loads, but in any case, you won’t get such loads from the start.

Choose what you know. Absolutely no difference. A million top sites are on different frameworks.

Do not make analogues of any sites. Just don't. This is a waste of time and money.
The only reason you would want to make an analog is to learn how to program.
For 10 years of work in a web studio, I met a huge number of people who wanted analogues of certain sites.
And I always told them that the site is not only a software part. It still needs to be filled, promoted and accompanied. An analogue must have some competitive advantages, otherwise there is no point in it.
And most customers expect that the developers themselves will do all this (unwind, fill, come up with "chips").
They think "I'll pay these programmers 100 tr, they will make me a website in 3 months, which will immediately start bringing me 300 tr a month".
And they see no contradiction in it. Yes, if I could make a website in 3 months that is guaranteed to bring 300 tr. per month, then why do I need a customer at all?
