Which framework for real-time maps (postgresql) should you choose?

Good day!
There is a PostgreSQL 9.5 database with GPS tracks (data like {x, y, z, t}).
I want to draw tracks on Leaflet in real time.
Which framework should you choose for this?
Prevendents: MeteorJS, AngularJS, ReactJS, KnockoutJS, NodeJS
Conditions: not very complex and with the ability to screw a menu to select the point in time from which the rendering takes place.

Knockout is unlikely, because the old one is already (although I see that the release was released on November 17, 2015...)
NodeJS is a backend in general.
Next, go to Google, write "{framework} leaflet" and see how much material there is, which one is more detailed and you like it better. What are the ready-made solutions and so on. For example react leaflet
