We need good advice, we need a forum with functions: Reputation, Awards, likes, mini-shop, which forum engine do you recommend? I must say right away that VB eliminates a lot of hemorrhoids with mods ....

phpbb - 100%, flarum - there are definitely no perversions like a minimag

IPB, Xenforo from the big ones. The rest is not serious. Flarum for small forums seems to be normal.
If you stop at phpbb, there are more or less decent themes here.
