Where can I find a player with the ability to change the resolution for the site?

Share advice on where to find or what is the best player to use to watch movies, with the ability to change the resolution. How can this be done on your website?
In order to follow the link to the movie in 1080p resolution, you could choose to view it in a lower quality in the player, like on YouTube, VKontakte and other video services.
PS Plugins for WordPress will work too.
