Yes, because the admin panel aggregates all the data, of which apparently there are a lot of Pts. You need to open the controller of the main page of the admin panel and see what it selects there. Set breakpoints before and after each sql query.

Maybe there are a lot of logs, maybe the cache is full. Very often, when opening the admin panel, there are some calculations and other nonsense that consumes resources.
