Which files. Is it better to put the system on a flash drive for Win and Linux?

What file system is better to put on a flash drive if you work with both Windows and Linux?
fat32 won't work.

NTFS or exFAT - both are supported in both operating systems and allow you to store large files. FAT32 is also possible, but it does not support large files (a 4GB movie cannot be recorded).

UDF: Guaranteed to be supported by both systems, supports files larger than 4GB.
