Which file outputs found tags (labels) output stopped working?

The output of tags stopped working after editing .php files on trifles. I did not want to do multilanguage translation. Simply rules separate phrases of type: Published by

As a result tags are normally displayed in widgets. And the output result of a particular tag is not shown.
A blank page is displayed. Without HTML content, there are no characters.
All slugs are in Latin, UTF8 is registered.

PHP does not give any errors. There are no errors in the logs either.

Fortunately, I didn't catch anything anywhere :-) The
irony was out of place. I was just thinking in the wrong direction.
In the WordPress theme I created, I added the tag.php file, which duplicates index.php, and the tag output worked.
