There is a self-written site on Wordpress with feedback forms. How to find the files that are responsible for sending forms to the mail.

1. It could be a plugin. Most often Contactform 7.
2. It can be self-written php code. If not a plugin, but self-written, then look in the files of your theme.

What form is needed? And there are quite a few forms. They are all sent, as far as I know, not from a single template. And if you use WooCommerce or a form submission plugin, then there are more different logic.
