I would recommend buying a separate device for charging and the batteries themselves - this way you can be sure that the quality of the batteries will be decent and they will not fail in six months. The most popular used battery size is 18650 (used in laptops, I got my first ones from a dead laptop battery). The highest quality 18650 batteries are manufactured by the Japanese company Sanyo, model UR18650FM, capacity 2600mah. I recommend them. Even after a couple of years of use and a capacity drawdown of up to 70%, ~ 1800mah will remain in them, which is exactly how much in most Chinese cheap stuff. There are also batteries with a capacity of 3400mah (this is the maximum! if more is written - an obvious fake), but they have a slightly different operating voltage and in conventional charge devices they will work similarly to Sanyo at 2600mah.
As for charging devices, the cheap Miller ML-102 is very popular among flashlight lovers , it charges and discharges well, you can quickly change the battery. I also took myself such charges for 3 batteries , the size did not increase much, and the capacity increases 3 times.
The more batteries fit into the charge, the more times it will be possible to charge an iPhone from it. There are chargers even for 6 * 18650, from which even laptops can be charged! But I prefer to carry a charger for 1 * 18650 and a lot of batteries :) I
warn you - now in China there are difficulties with buying batteries, so it makes sense to look for all this in the Russian Federation, for example, on the flashlight forum one person sells many types of chargers in St. Petersburg and batteries, including these.
