Need to send documents to Germany, Holland and maybe other European countries?
From Petersburg. + still it will be necessary to send documents to Moscow.
What do you recommend to use?
DHL, Fedex? Or maybe Pony Express?

As far as I know we don't have FedEX.
If the documents are important, then DHL, the courier hands over personally, but it will be expensive. Otherwise, if not particularly important, then EMS is better. It'll come out cheaper. Both companies have a courier service. I don't know about DHL, but EMS has a free courier call.
For comparison with prices - I sent an A4 sheet to Arkhangelsk and St. Petersburg using DHL. It came out 1500r. I also sent using EMS - 500 rubles.
I think there is a similar difference in tariffs for overseas parcels.
