Which Express Dial for Chrome can accept settings and links from other Express Dials?

I used Firefox, put the FVD Speed dial there, because. this is one of the rare cross-browser express panels, moreover, customizable. I scored a bunch of links there, regularly making backups of dials with settings to an sd file. I decided to move to a “chromoclon”, installed FVD Speed dial out of habit, but it turned out that a) it would not work to import data from a backup, b) synchronization is possible only through an additional extension and registration on their server, because c) Chrome allegedly does not allow store dials in a separate file. So the creators of the extension say: bd7cd31a53254d41b75fbf79f21eeb59.png
In general, this did not inspire confidence in me. What to do, I have no idea. Unless you manually copy-paste the URLs, but this will take time. I don’t want to use their synchronization through the “cloud”.
The situation is aggravated by the fact that during the use of Opera on Blink there, in the native express panel, more than a hundred links in the db file have also accumulated, which I don’t know where to attach.
In general, tell me the solution to my conflict, well, or help me find an express panel under "Chrome", which will allow me to import links from other sources. (Ideally, of course, it would be nice if it was also presented for Firefox, but for the latest extensions, according to my observations, it comes out less and less.)
