What is the best extension for downloading video and audio from sites with online players in Chrome?

Firefox had (now something does not work very well, but there are working alternatives) an excellent universal extension Video Download Helper, which allowed you to download audio and video from almost any site (including completely obscure ones), offering online playback and many others , which work better with certain sites (such as VKontakte and YouTube).
But what is there for Chrome? First of all, the banal YouTube is of interest, but it was not possible to accustom it, for example, to FVD (although it seems to have included YouTube support in namespace.js, but still it just doesn’t see it).
I want to try to switch to Chrome (Firefox slows down too much and crashes too often (why is a separate topic, I came to the conclusion that it's a combination of FF, Win7-32 and Intel GMA of the model that I have and there's no getting around it )), but without the ability to download web-videos on Winch, my life is not at all sweet.

They almost do not differ in quality. And polls fulfill the ban on downloading from your tube.
Try https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/nbkekaei... for example. It looks more like DownThemAll from Firefox.
Actually, for your pipe, you will have to install the second extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/video-do...
But, I've been trying to switch to lame for several years (at the moment when Fx is pissing), and I just can't . The fox is only slower (you can see it), but in terms of functionality it is five or even ten years ahead of the lame one.
And the lack of anti-aliasing of fonts in chrome all these years, which has set the teeth on edge, and how terrible the text looks without it, is completely inextensible to the mind.
In addition, it would be nice for me to control my configuration folder - so that it can be clearly saved and restored during reinstallation. In Fx, she is alone and is searched for "one-two". In chrome, where it lies, I can not understand. It's somehow smeared. And from Google, a lot of settings go down to the new installation, but by no means all.
So I'm staying on Fx for now.
Good luck!
