Which engine to get for a knowledge base with quick editing (like Confluence)?

Comrades,
we need a platform for easy creation/editing of pages divided into sections. What I don't like about CMS like Joomla and Wiki: it takes more effort than in the same Atlassian Confluence. In CMS, as a rule, the site and the admin panel are separated, in Wiki you need to know the markup, and inserting an image in both cases is a lot of gestures. We need simplicity. You can see the page, click - new, or edit, paste the picture directly by Ctrl + V from the clipboard.
Confluence does it all. Perfect option. There is one problem that crossed out all plans with him. This is his mobile version. If you log in anonymously (and 99% of users will be anonymous), then for some reason the list of spaces is not visible. In general, there is no navigation on the site. Just the main page, and in the menu there is some kind of dregs about tasks, recents, etc.
Confluence has a lot of advantages, it is coolly designed. But, as far as I know, view cannot be customized there. What is similar to take? Maybe based on CMS + plug-in for quick insertion of pictures - can you think of something?

Joomla has front-end editing.
And the editor can be easily replaced with any convenient one; pasting content from the clipboard is supported by all editors.
ACL - also present.
For example JCE

InstantCMS 2 is a monofunctional constantly updated Russian system. Several editors are available in the system at once + you can install others from the add-ons directory
