The site will have a section with films and cartoons. Will it be possible to implement a partial online cinema with its own admin panel, or should the entire site be on one admin panel? How to choose an engine, given that its own layout should be stretched?

Everyone on DLE makes them. There are already templates and integrations with movie databases.
