Which engine to choose for MOBA games?
I started making my own game and the question arose on which engine would be easiest to make a MOBA game, like DotA, League of Legends, and so on.

Judging by the wording of the question: the lack of details about the game, the team, the skills, the wording "the easiest" - it's too early for you to make a moba - too complicated a thing. You poorly understand the specifics of the project, which means that advice on the engine will not help you. Most likely just confused.
Do something an order of magnitude easier, gain experience and be able to at least minimally assess your own strengths.
If the pipes are on fire, then take any of the top ones: Unreal, Unity, Godot.
