There is an idea for a site like Digg and News2, a niche area.
I looked at different engines, I realized that apparently Pligg is the most popular, it has no current Russification and reviews about its work leave much to be desired, although the reviews are not fresh. I found current reviews for 2008-2009 in Russian.
