Which email provider to choose?

Recommend a mail provider. I would like something for a reasonable price with technical support. Yandex does not establish that it is free.
I would like to have a lot of space on the mailboxes, integration with ad, a common address book, a calendar, so that everything works well with outlook.

If it works well with Outlook, then maybe you should look at the mail from Microsoft itself? https://products.office.com/en-us/exchange/email

yahoo gives 1 TB of space under the box, don't know about the rest
