Which email client to choose for Windows with notifications and flexible settings?

Hello. Please advise a good mail client for Windows.
The following functionality is needed:
- work with several mailboxes,
- notification icon in the tray (when the program is closed),
- the ability to place a folder with letters separately from the program (SSD + HDD),
- do not receive/download letters marked as
spam Opera mail arranged two points, but unfortunately the last two are not there, and more than 7k letters have accumulated on the mail server, they are sent daily, it does not ignore them (although the boxed mailer on the tablet skips them).
Thunderbird'a unfortunately did not find the second item (there are crutches, but did not work), and there is no desire to keep the program constantly open.
UPD: Preferably free.
Thanks in advance.
