Which editor to choose for working with documentation for Mac?
Hello.
I think in the life of every programmer there comes a time when you need to work a lot with documentation. Now I have three main directions
1. User documentation - guides on how to use the system.
I make them Word, but frankly tired, you move a little wrong, then you format the floor of the text again just a super necessary feature - the ability to create subdirectories.
3. Technical documentation for the project, I write in .md files directly in phpstorm (IDE). This is definitely fast, but not very convenient in terms of text design, I would like some more convenient editor. Quiver allows you to export, including to .md, but again, due to the lack of subcategories, this is very inconvenient.
Can someone tell me an editor in which you can combine all these tasks and focus on content, not formatting. Having a .git for the texts in the editor would be a huge advantage.
