Which editor + plugins is better to use?
Good day,
Now I use PhpStorm with an alternative license, but I decided that it's time to tie it up. PhpStorm has no money.
I decided to look at what all sorts of Sublime \ Atom \ VS Code can do, but there is such a crowd of plugins, and even popular ones can have several of the same in a row.
Please suggest an editor and plugins that can cover the following:

vs code supports most of the above (including debugging, git, gallp, intelligence) out of the box.
I have been using atom for several months now, it works great, the only thing is that sometimes there is some fuss with some plugins. But in general - very convenient.
I have been using netbinz for many years, there are flaws, but most of the needs are closed.
Now you can make a full-fledged IDE out of the most common editors. I also recommend Atom.
