1090 rubles. - Nokia 101 is a small indestructible classic, but with a color screen.
1490 rub. - Nokia X1-01 - more stylish device, richer functionality, already has an MP3 player
2120 rubles. - Nokia C2-00 - a little better, the camera appears not the best, however, the quality is
2940 rubles. — Nokia Asha 200- this is my personal recommendation - QWERTY keyboard, 2 megapixel camera, very good software, memory cards, everything ... a polished platform.
3490 rub. - Nokia X2-02 - Almost the same, without the QWERTY keyboard, very stylish, excellent musical capabilities.
And most importantly, it's all with Nokia quality, not shitty Koreans.

I've been using dual sim phones for a few years now.
My personal opinion - just do not take the Chinese. Once I went on a business trip and he suddenly died, only at home, dancing with a tambourine, we managed to save at least the phone book.
The new dual-sim Samsung (do not remember how it was) is inconvenient to use. For example, to send SMS from the second SIM, you need to go to the settings and make the second SIM active. You can look at older ones and those that are “simpler”, if you find them.
I do not advise Fly, the Internet is replete with negative reviews about them.
Haven't heard anything about LG.
I advise you to look at Gigabyte GSmart phones. They have been on the market for a very long time.
I recently purchased a Gigabyte GSmart G1355. Pure android 2.3.4. Screen 4.3 inches, 800x480, high quality. GPS, 3G, WiFi. Now the price is $275. There are also younger models.

Relatively recently, I picked up a similar phone for my sister. Therefore, I can recommend Philips Xenium X513 for its extremely long battery life, fairly loud ringer, good vibration and ease of use (+ flashlight). The only negative in the reviews is called a “dim screen”, but when I picked it up, there was no question of any dullness.

For three years I changed the Chinese almost once a month, then it doesn’t catch, then the speaker “like from a well”, then they stopped charging. There were gigabytes, a couple of samsungs, lg, even iPhone support :)
I've been using Nokia C3-06 for the last six months, no bells and whistles, but that's it for calls. Took for 4000 rubles.
