Which domain is better for a project in the CIS: .club or .me?

The target audience of the project is residents of the CIS. Is there a difference between these two domains in terms of search results? And will mysite.me and mysite.club be equally intuitively perceived by an ordinary user as a site address and remembered?

For PS there is no difference in the domain.
Club, life, agency and others are not yet familiar to the target audience.
I would take .me, which is shorter and more common.
(paypal.me, qiwi.me, vk.me - many services are provided by personal computers).
But personally, I like the new domain zones.
