Which dhcp server to choose?

Hello, I can't make up my mind here. it is necessary to organize a dhcp server in an organization with 300+ hosts.
I installed dhcpd on Cenos 7, I really liked the flexibility of settings, one of the requirements is that in the 192.168.
A permanent ip will be allocated for each host.
And I installed it on MS Windows Server, I liked that everything is done visually, there are some questions about the flexibility of settings, but I’ll figure it out, I would like to ask which one would you choose and why.
And is there any visual web manager for dhcpd? And then a bunch of hosts in the config is not very convenient to watch.

You can use LDAP to manage DHCP configuration. And what to look into this directory - the Web interface or something like LDAP Admin - is already irrelevant.
