Which device to buy to encrypt all traffic?
I understand that in order to encrypt not one device, but the entire network, you need to do something with the router (but I would not want to touch it). But are there any solutions such as a second router from the first or something similar. Which will encrypt all traffic and send already encrypted? If you use phones at home, smart TV and so on. I would like not to be under the hood.

Buy a VPS with placement somewhere outside the jurisdiction of those from whom you hide traffic, raise an OpenVPN server on it, buy a router (openwrt or ddwrt) home. You stick the second router into the first one and raise the encrypted channel between the second router and the server. As far as I know, such a scheme can only be broken by hacking the server (work with security on it, hide ports, access by certificates, etc.) or by hacking the router. (I do not consider the option with a soldering iron)
